"How To Make The Soursop Tea"

 Ingredients: 

Take 2 dried soursop leaves (Bish Organics),

4 to 6 cups  of alkaline or filtered water.

Honey (optional, to taste)

Lemon (optional, to taste)

Black seed oil (optional, to taste) 

 Equipment: 

Teapot or heatproof container

Cup or mug

Strainer (if using loose leaves) 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Leaves:

Place 2/3 leaves in saucepan break or tear the dried soursop leaves into smaller pieces to help release their flavour. 

2. Boil Water:

Bring a 4/6 cups of best water to a saucepan and bring to first boil with leaves in the pan

3. Soursop leaves in your saucepan - Simmer for further 25/35 mins

Now that it is ready, pour into your cup or teapot to retain heat and let the leaves steep little further

The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be. 

4. Strain the Tea:

After steeping, use a strainer to remove the leaves if you used loose leaves. If you steeped in a teapot with a built-in strainer, simply pour the tea into your cup. 

5. Add Flavour (Optional): - If desired, add honey to sweeten your tea.

Squeeze a slice of lemon into your tea for a refreshing citrus flavour.

Add a few drops of black seed oil for added health benefits and flavour.

 6. Storage: If you have leftover tea, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to a day. Reheat gently before drinking if desired.
